If you want to return the product you purchased for any reason after receiving it, you can return it within 14 days from the date of delivery. For returns, the following points should be taken into consideration: Refunds cannot be made without an invoice. For this reason, do not receive cargo without an invoice. In accordance with the Tax Procedure Law No. 385, the return form must be filled and signed for your refund to be processed. Refunds can only be made for shipments within Türkiye. The product to be returned must have its label on it. All accessories for the product must be returned together with the product. The product must be unused, undamaged, and must not lose its resellable properties. Returned cargo can be returned with Yurtiçi Kargo using the agreement code 20133551. Returns are not accepted with a different cargo company other than contracted cargo.
