What are your return policies?

For your return to be processed, the products must be unused, with the tags intact, undamaged, and in a condition suitable for sale .

Our return period is 7 days . Return requests exceeding this period will not be processed. We only accept returns on purchased items; we do not offer exchanges.


What are the steps for returning a product?

You can return your product to us via our contracted shipping company.

Once we receive your returned product, and if our representatives find no fault caused by misuse, the product price will be refunded to your account or card.

Products that are not reported within 7 days of receipt or whose salability is compromised will not be accepted for return by HUMAY GRUP TEKSTİL REKLAM HİZMETLERİ SANAYİ VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ.


Refund

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank. Refunds to credit cards are generally reflected in the account within 7 days .

If more than 7 days have passed and the refund has not arrived in your account, please contact your bank.


What is the return period for products purchased from your online store?

You can return the products you purchased from our online store within seven (7) days from the delivery date, in accordance with the Distance Sales Agreement.

The return period for defective products is also 7 days.

Refund requests will not be processed if these periods are exceeded.


Why are returns only accepted within the first 7 days?

The right to withdraw from a purchase without giving a reason, as stipulated in the Consumer Protection Law, is limited to a specific period. However, due to our store's operational processes, the return period is 7 days . You can return the product you purchased within this period.

If you wish to return the product due to any manufacturing defect, the process will be completed after inspection.
